Mini Pizzas

Preferred Chef: Age 16 and older
Category: Lunch
Degree of Difficulty: Medium

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat English muffin
  • 1 – 2 oz. Shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • Optional: chopped veggies, diced chicken breast, ground beef

Directions:

Put tomato sauce, cheese and other toppings on English muffin. Bake in oven or toaster oven on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
